Promoting Intentional Seeing (London, 2015.)

In Trafalgar Square London, I conducted an experiment exploring the utilization of photography as therapy. I asked volunteers to use a disposable camera to take a photograph of whatever they liked in the square. After they took the photo, I asked the volunteer to write a short statement as to why they chose to photograph what they did. It was my hope that by conducting this experiment, I would be able to gather more data about how photography can fit into the world of art therapy.
